Residential Service
Available to all residential consumers and individually metered apartments who require less than a 50 kVa transformer capacity within the Utility's service area and who maintained residence in the same premise for more than nine (9) months or more per year.

$10.00 per billing period per service (System Charge)
All kWh/per Billing period @ .0727 cents/kWh

The system charge shall cover the cost of providing electric service, including operation and maintenance of facilities, consumer accounting expenses and other administrative costs.

Optional Time-of-Use Residential Service
Available to all residential consumers who require less than a 50 kVa transformer capacity within the Utility's service area and who maintain residence in the same premise for more than nine (9) months or more per year.

All kWh per billing period:
$.0854 Per kWh from 6:00 a.m. (MST) to 1:00 p.m. (MST)
and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
$.0441 Per kWh from 1:00 p.m. (MST) to 4:00 p.m. (MST)
and 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

The system charge shall cover the cost of providing electric service, including operation and maintenance of facilities, consumer accounting expenses and other administrative costs.

Seasonal Services & Rates

Residential Seasonal Service
Available to all seasonal, residential consumers who require less than a 50 kVa transformer capacity within the Utility's service area and who maintain residence in the same premise for less that nine (9) months per year.

Commerical Services & Rates

Commercial Service
Available for commercial, industrial, schools, churches, public buildings, and three-phase farm service requiring less that 50 kVa of transformer capacity within the Utility's service area.

All kWh/billing period @ .0690 cents/kWh

The system charge shall cover the cost of providing electric service, including operation and maintenance of facilities, consumer accounting expenses and other administrative costs.

Optional Time-of-Use Commercial Service
Available for commercial, industrial, schools, churches, public buildings, and three-phase farm service requiring less that 50 kVa of transformer capacity within the Utility's service area.

Power Services & Rates

Power Service
Available to all consumers within the Utility's service requiring 50 kVa or more of transformer capacity for all types of usage, subject to the execution of a service contract. For service to consumers whose requirements are 3000- kW or higher, the rate shall be as specified in a special contract.

$30.00 per billing period per service (System Charge)

All kWh/billing period @.0356 cents/kWh

Demand (Primary) $15.00
Demand (Secondary) $15.50

The total system charge/billing period plus demand charges/billing period plus the energy charges/billing period plus applicable tax and purchases power adjustments shall be the total charges/ billing period.

The system charge shall cover the cost of providing electric service, including operation and maintenance of facilities, consumers accounting expenses and other administrative costs.

Optional Time-of-Use - Irrigation (Firm) Power Service
Applicable to all irrigation consumers within the Utility's service area requiring 50 kVa or more or transformer capacity, subject to the execution of a service contract.

All kWh/billing period @.0358 cents/kWh

Primary:
$18.92 per kWh from 6:00 a.m. (MST) to 9:00 p.m. (MST)
$ 5.85 per kWh from 9:00 p.m. (MST) to 6:00 a.m. (MST)

Secondary:
$19.42 per kWh from 6:00 a.m. (MST) to 9:00 p.m. (MST)
$ 6.35 per kWh from 9:00 p.m. (MST) to 6:00 a.m. (MST)
