To access the proper account(s) you will be asked to provide your Account Number and Password. If this is your first visit to this site, you will be asked to change your assigned password to one that is more meaningful to you.
Password: If this is your first time using this system, your password is
your account number minus the dash and last two digits. For example, if the account number on your bill is 12345-01, you should enter 12345 in the password field. If you have forgotten your password, please call us or click Contact Support to send a message regarding your problem.
Account Number: Your account number is printed on your bill. You must enter this number, less the dash, to access information on this site. For example, if the account number on your bill is 12345-01, you should enter 1234501 in the account number field.

Can Also Pay....
Through
the Mail
A pre-addressed
envelope is enclosed with each monthly statement for your convenience.
A portion of the bill should be included with our payment to ensure
proper credit to your account. Payment sent through the mail should
be made with a check or money order.
DO NOT send cash in the mail. No post-dated checks will be accepted. In
Person
You may bring
your payment to the Cooperative office located on 118 Cruz Alta
Road Taos. The office is opened from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday. We also have a night deposit
box, located at the front entrance which can be used anytime.
At the Bank
Any one of the
following banks will accept payment of your bill. Payment must
be accompanied by you bill.
Centinel Bank - Taos, Questa, Red River
First State Bank - Taos, Questa
People's Bank - Taos
International - Angel Fire
Nations - Angel Fire
Using
Electronic Transfer or Draft
If your bank is a member of the Automatic Clearing House (ACH) you can have your
electric bill automatically deducted from your checking account.
An electronic transfer will allow you the freedom and convenience
of not having to mail in a check each month. You may sign up at
the Cooperative office for this service.

This is an automated customer service and information system. It is designd
to handle the most common day-to-day telephone calls from customers 24
hours a day. Customers can listen to their account balances, due date,
past due amount, cut off dates, date of previous payments and/or any
other information contained in the consumer's billling record. The system
allows customers to transact business such as payment extensions and
credit card payments. The system also includes the following capabilities;
Delinquent account notification, advance notice for planned service interrupttions,
and is also a public information system which provides information on
office hours, locations, and enerygy sudits.
Check
by Telephone
Payment can be
made by providing checking account information over the telephone.
Using
a Credit Card
Payments can be
made using the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. A signed
authorization form will allow the Cooperative to automatically
charge your credit card for your electric payment. This transaction
will take place on the bill due date.
Late
Payments
A late charge
of one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per billing period will be
charged on all utility bills and invoices which are delinquent.
Residential and Seasonal accounts are not subject to late charges. |
